ABSOLUTELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I don't know who is working right now but it's 12/19/23 at 7:27pm. One of the guys w a gel slick back was taking my order. He was already rude to start off with. I ordered a smoothie, he said it was out. Then he proceeded to turn to his co worker and say "she tried to order a smoothie and I just told her no" and then his co worker said "good yeah" and they started to tell each other "people need to understand that we are at our last hour" suggesting that they aren't going to make any "complicated" drink because it was their last hour. So I ended up ordering another refresher. And when the guy was calling my order out he was basically just like sooo annoyed of something like rudely yelling.

I asked iced matcha latte the barista made me hot. Then I said his mistake. And it was ridiculous the barista poured into another cup and add the ice. Really? Matcha latte cost $6.5 + tips. The taste was like urine Disgusting. No more else go there Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

if i could give a negative star i would. this is literally the most incompetent group of associates i have ever experienced. i have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they continue to disappoint. They can no get my order right and their lack of empathy towards their customers is non existent. you would think for a high end store like nordstrom the would hire quality people. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
