Bad service, lost reservation even though I called to confirm, made no attempt to make my graduation dinner right. I called in advance (over a week and a half) to create a reservation for a large party (10) for my graduation dinner. I had a discussion over a couple calls to set up a reservation with the restaurant manager that would work for us and we agreed on a table inside. Three or so days before the dinner I called to confirm and left a message on the manager’s voicemail. It was not returned so I called again and spoke to the host which confirmed the reservation. We show up and they say they do not have our reservation. The manager remembered speaking to me but claimed I did not confirm the reservation and said he has not been in his office recently to check his voicemails. Why have a voicemail if you don’t check it? I also told him one of his staff confirmed the reservation just two days before. I asked him if there was anything he could do since there were now 10 people, including my grandparents, waiting and no table because his staff made the mistake. He said nothing he could do. We ended up going elsewhere. Do NOT rely on this restaurant for a reservation for your special occasion. Terrible service and did not try to mend the mistake his staff made.
