A gem of a “first-wave” coffee shop located inside of Yilan County Hall. Service is friendly and the setting is great. Food is beyond poor (just don’t) and drinks are alright. But I’ll keep coming. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–200 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
