This place makes a seriously good Neopolitan pizza. Blistered crust with the right level of chew and “cheetah spots” and a perfect balance of toppings. I’ve been here three times including one take out meal and each time has been delicious. The Oregon Ham and Potato (pictured) has made me reevaluate my feelings about pizza without marinara sauce. 11” pizzas are great for one and a screaming deal for purist cheese, margharita or marinara pizza at $11-13 each. Salads are fresh and well dressed. Delicious beer on tap and in the can, well-chosen local selections. It’s pretty much a one man operation - come support this human and you won’t be disappointed. Being from NJ, I hold an extremely high standard for pizza, and Edan Pizza far exceeded those expectations. One of the best Neapolitan pies I’ve ever had! And extremely friendly service. I will return on my next trip out West! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
