Sarah was amazing and very attentive. We had an amazing birthday dinner for my husband. Sarah found out at the end of our dinner about his birthday and brought us complementary champagne and birthday dessert. We will be back to Eddie Merlot’s. We came for Valentine’s Day dinner, we were seated right away and our server, Dory, was lovely. Appetizer came out right away, along with bread. Dinner took a little longer as expected but when it came out everything was cooked perfectly. The manager came by our table to ask about our experience as well. We definitely enjoyed our evening and are glad we chose Eddie Merlot's for our Valentine’s Day date night. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
