Need to hire some waiters. We were sitting for ages waiting to order, so went up and waitress said they were too busy to take our order and would get down to us in a bit. We had already been sitting for 15 minutes so just left. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20

Service was so slow an obviously a new start who god love her didnt know what she was doing and what i am assuming was a senior member of staff who kept leaving this girl on her own. Arrived at about 1 didnt get our food until 2.10 and at the time there was only 3 other tables. One person did complain and when I went up to pay the senior member of staff put her coat on and left with a sainsbury bag for at least the 3rd time. No name badges at all. Food was not nice we both got the M50 burger. They forgot to put sauce on the burgers but left big lumps of butter which was horrible. Chips were barely warm. And got our chips a good 5 mins before our burger. I would normally bring all this to a member of staff attention at the time but like I said above the senior member of staff(only one in uniform) kept leaving and not showing that wee girl what to do Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
