Some of the best fine dining experience ever. I am vegetarian and typicallby these places treat vegetarian like 2nd 3rd class with small non inventive basic vegtables bland tssting. Not here, I got a few of the green vegeggie sides as well as the warm goat cheese salad. Each one was better or equally outstanding incredible pairings taste extraordinary beyond words. Kudos tto the chef for innovating freshest highest quality vegetarian dishes never experienced before being vegetarian for 40 years. Next level to the highest degree, most unusual for a steak and seafood restaurant. Front of the restaurant and manager Alex treated us lithe the most professional welcoming personal attention. My husband has other dietary restrictions and the chef modified the sea bass. Evenbeith the modifications said was the most outstanding fish .he's ever had from top level professional chef creating a fish dish so moist tender and taste I have an auto immune disease compromised system. Since covid Mr doctors have instructed me not to be indoors for any length of time, especially eateries or group gathering had t[to do to do pivk uo,. We were celebrating special milestone. While its not the same in dine experience Thanks to Alex tge manager set everything up so we were able to recreate a home immersive experience with meaningful cherished family time. W9rds cannot adequately express how oustading this place is, if you hqve any celebration or looking for a evening with frfriends 9r family tu8s8s the place to go. I have been to many of the high end steak places in the KoP area and I have to say that I think this one is my favorite, although to be fair I didn’t get steak, I got the scallops. My fiancé got the filet Oscar though and he said it was delicious. The scallops were also incredible, perfectly cooked and delicious, I would have eaten more of them if I hadn’t been so busy stuffing myself with the truffled Mac and cheese which is probably one of the best things I have ever eaten. I will have to get this every single time I go back and I will go back just to eat that. I will have to try the steak next time though for sure. The yellowtail sashimi was also very good, as was the lobster bisque but it wasn’t the best I’ve had. The lobster and cheddar mashed potatoes were good but not great, I think my fiancé liked them more than I did. I think the biggest surprise for me though was the bananas foster butter cake. I was STUFFED when my fiancé ordered it and told him I would try a bite or two because it sounded good. Let me tell you, it was so delicious I ate WAY more than a bite or two and between the two of us we finished every bite. I know next time to skip eating the whole day in preparation for going here because I want all my calories available for this delicious meal. Trust me, it’s worth it. Upon entering Eddie V's Prime Seafood, an immediate sense of wonder is cultivated by the meticulously designed interior. The underlit center bar island emanates a subtle, luxurious glow, flanked by a mirrored three-tiered bar, casting reflections that enhance the room's allure. A unique horseshoe bar further embellishes the space, creating an inviting and splendid atmosphere. Seated at a high-top table before the jazz band, the rhythmic embrace of beautiful light jazz captivates the senses. A mini lampshade tea light flickers gently, casting warm flames that dance to the beat, perfectly synchronizing with the jazzy club feel, cultivating an environment of refined enjoyment and relaxation. Navigating through the menu is a journey through a sea of exquisite flavors and culinary craftsmanship. Starting with the oysters--each variety from the east coast--a spectacular presentation awaits. Beautifully briney and immaculately fresh, they are served on ice, accompanied by tastefully selected cocktail and mignonette sauces, alongside a burst of fresh, hot horseradish. Every oyster, from the sweet brine of the Irish Point to the firm and sweet finish of the Oyster Bay, each presents a unique profile of delightful textures and flavors. The Yellowtail Sashimi emerges as a paragon of subtlety and elegance. Adorned with cilantro and red chiles, and baptized with ponzu, it creates a symphony of umami notes, leaving the palate longing for the next divine interaction. The attention to detail is mirrored in the vibrant accents of the meal. The Burrata and Beet Salad unveils a theatre of tastes and textures. A massive Italian Burrata holds court, enchantingly paired with Marcona Almonds and a wisp of truffle honey, all harmonized by a gentle kiss of sherry vinaigrette. This mélange of ingredients manifests a palette of incredible, complex flavors. The Caesar Salad proudly boasts Grana Padano and garlic croutons, embraced by a Mediterranean Olive Tapenade, culminating in a perfect confluence of traditional and novel flavors. Main courses, such as the crispy, sweet, savory USDA prime bone-in 18 oz NY strip steak, cooked Pittsburgh medium, and the 12 oz center cut filet medallions crowned with delicate crab meat, demonstrate the epitome of culinary precision and passion. The Brussels sprouts, bathed in a Korean Barbecue Glaze and garnished with peanuts, resonate with a smoky, irresistible allure. Completing this exquisite culinary ballet is a perfectly brewed coffee and a beautifully done crème brûlée, marking a graceful finale to an extraordinary dining experience. Eddie V's Prime Seafood masterfully creates an environment and menu that profoundly resonates with finesse, leaving diners immersed in a realm of elegance and culinary delight.
