If you never turned out to try Italian and Mediterranean cuisines, take your chance at this restaurant. Many people visit Albergo Ristorante Edelweiss - Larespa to taste good polenta, pappardelle and tartare. Do not go away without eating tasty gelato. A collection of delicious cordial, wine or fino sherry is recommended to guests.
Select between indoor and outdoor seating. The energetic staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The enjoyable service demonstrates a high level of quality at this place. This spot received the Bib Gourmand award for good meals at reasonable prices.

Lovely hotel with comfortable, well-equipped rooms. The bed was very comfortable, there was a TV, and although the bathroom was small, it was spotless and everything worked perfectly. The spa is practical, well designed, and a great place to relax with a very beautiful view. Dinner was absolutely delicious! You can start at the fresh salad bar, and then choose between two options for each served course. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent as well, with freshly squeezed orange juice—a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel in the Northern Italian mountains! We stayed here for one night a few weeks ago and were very happy with the experience. The hotel is quite hard to reach with a windy road full of hairpins and invisible turns from the valley. So once you’re up there you don’t have many other dining and recreational options in the area and commit to the hotel. However, the hotel is self-contained with a great restaurant, a well-equipped spa and comfy and quiet rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The dinner we had in the hotel restaurant was delicious, with freshly made local dishes that seemed balanced and well put together - also nicely accommodating to food intolerances and big portions. Highly recommended for a relaxing time in the Italian alps!

Beautiful spa facilities—I especially loved the shower cascade, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is outstanding; I almost felt guilty paying only €25 for a four-course menu of Michelin quality :)
