We went to Edelweiss based on a recommendation from our agriturismo host, and we absolutely loved it. Their pizza topped any other we had in Italy during our two weeks there, and for half the price of what we paid in restaurants in Pisa, Rome, and Napoli. The owners and staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, and the service was impeccable. For non-German or Italian speakers, the staff all spoke perfect English and helped us navigate the menu of over 40 different pizzas. We tried seven different pizzas and one calzone over two different evenings there. They were all delicious, but none topped the Bresaola in our opinion. The calzone, which was shaped like a fish!, tasted great as well. If you are in the area, we could not recommend it more. And if you are not in the area, then consider spending some time there in the future. To the owners, thank you for making our stay in the Südtirol region fantastic, you are remarkable ambassadors.
