Inedible burger meat. Very strange texture. I took a few nibbles, but gave up, as every bite was sinewy/gristly, not quite sure how to describe it, and had to discard it. I had hoped for better. An expensive mistake. £10.95 down the drain. Never again. The staff were lovely, though. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

They ran out of ceramic cups to serve coffee so forced us to buy disposable cups which must cost 5 pence at £2.50 each.. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Where the Eden Project is a brilliant experience, trying to eat here is most definitely not. Poor service. Stingy portions. Ran out of condiments for their bland and overpriced festive hot dog but still charged the full £14. Finding a seat was a scramble. But they have a captive audience so I guess their priority won't be improving this any time soon! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
