We had a beautiful drinks evening on the rooftop, a family of 4, the staff was amazing. Until we decided to visit the restaurent ..
We wanted have a look of the menu and the view of the restaurent, to reserve for our next dinner, we were surprised to see one of the staff, Jeremy Berton treating us with such disrespect.
First of all he drew a line on our feet, not allowing us to enter the restaurent claiming we will disrupt the service, while there were almost no one in the restaurent. We though this was a joke.
Then he started to be extremely rude, disrespectful, and then ORDERED us to go out of the restaurent in such a disrespectful manner.
We have never experience such humiliation. That staff is not up to the standard that we expected from such a prestigious hotel. Shocked and disappointed by the staff!
