This restaurant and St. Malachy's Church can be both really attractive for tourists. The key aspect of Edge is the British cuisine.

I visited El Divino, Saturday 9th of October 2013. With a friend who had travelled from Galway as we were both kindly placed on the guest list by a member of El Divino's staff. My friend and I arrived at El Divinos about half 10 pm. We were both smartly dressed and as we approached the doorway to enter the establishment we were stopped by on of the bouncers who asked us if we were on the VIP or guest list. I politely replied we were, gave him our names and the name of the employee who put us on the guest list. The bouncer went away to check the guest list and when he returned informed us we were both on the guest list but he was not letting us in because he did not know our faces. I found this explanation preposterous to say the least. Are we led to believe the bouncers know everyone who enters El Divino. In hindsight he done us a favour as El Divino didn't look very busy and we both went to Café Vaudeville where we both had an excellent night. I have since learned from others that El Divino is not what it is hyped up to be and filthy inside including toilets. Don't waste your time at El Divinos! There are plenty of other friendlier, livelier, cheaper and cleaner establishments in Belfast.
