What a horrible outcome. I placed a delivery for my dad on Friday 6/19 for Father's Day. I am out of state. I called the location when I placed the order to confirm. They confirmed they received the order. I called Father's Day morning 10am to follow up on the delivery. They answered said they were still in production assembling the arrangements and arrangements were not set to be delivered to start until 1pm. What place is still arranging their deliveries at 10am? My father received his arrangement after everyone left his house and it did not even look like the picture. He had family at the house during lunch they barbecued and cooked and it was delivered at the end of the night at 8:15pm while he was getting ready for bed. On top of it arriving at night, I ordered the summer fruit basket with 3 foil balloons (I even called the store Friday morning to confirm the balloons that would be attached). The basket that was delivered late was not the product that I ordered. The Summer Fruit basket was supposed to have mangos and kiwi without chocolate. The basket that arrived did not have mangos or kiwis and had chocolate covered strawberries. I specifically did not order chocolate strawberries because he has a chocolate sensitivity. Additionally, the balloons did not match the product image that I ordered and called to confirm. My father sent me a pic to thank me but it was after all of our family had left. He called me the next day and told me the fruit was not ripe it was hard and sour tasting. I'm extremely disappointed and he asked that I never waste my money with this company again. I shared pictures to see the comparison of what was advertised from what my father received. The cost was $148.64 for this.

Edible Arrangements on Commack Road is incredible. They made the most magnificent arrangement for our Staff Appreciation Luncheon today. Dolores came in extra early to make sure it was fresh and ready for me to pick up by 9am. The management/owner and staff are so lovely and a pleasure to work with. The fruit and chocolate were so beautiful and it was all gone by the end of the day. Thank you so much!

This is was the most incredible strawberries, chocolate, strawberries, and fruit I’ve ever had my friend who hated fruit and Strawberries tasted one bite of this and was blinded by the light now he is delighted by the strawberries and he is incredibly happy now he wants to come here every day and get strawberries this is the most incredible chocolate strawberry spot if you don’t come here you’re making a mistake with your life.
