I had a very disappointing experience trying to redeem my birthday gift from Edible Arrangements. I followed all of the instructions provided, including downloading the app as directed. When I arrived, I showed the employee my birthday gift certificate in the app, but she still refused to honor it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager was not present. However, the employee stated that the manager had instructed her to have me download the app, which I had already done. Even after showing proof of the birthday gift certificate on my phone, I was still denied the gift. Hailey was unapologetic, blunt, and appeared unfamiliar with the company’s own birthday promotion. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, she simply refused to honor the offer. As a customer who followed all of the requirements, I found the experience frustrating and disappointing. Better training and customer service are needed to prevent situations like this from happening.

Although there was a little confusion with my order, Yesenia and the gentleman who delivered the order saved the day! Excellent problem solving and customer service! My daughter loved the flowers and chocolate covered strawberries! Thank you so much!

Poor service and horrible delivery times. I live less than 3 miles from store no freeways. They open at 8am and my delivery was delivered at 4:30. When I called after 5 hours I got the it is what it is and it will be there type of service and attitude. I use to get my wife something every year. This will be the last. It’s already over priced the least they can do is provide customer service!
