We ordered our wedding cake through them and had the most fun, whimsical cake ever! It was exactly what I pictured, and most importantly it tasted delicious! Alan and his wife were very kind and helped through the whole process. We chose the Lemon Sublime and Strawberry Champagne flavors and they were delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Wedding Cake, Lemon Sublime, Strawberry Delight

Full disclosure a wedding cake was low on my list of priorities, so overall I didn’t have an issue with edibles incredibles, the cake was delicious my guests loved the ube flavor (as did we) and despite the issues with the cake on the wedding day I didn’t feel compelled to leave a negative review because one thing that will make up for the errors on the wedding day will be the complimentary anniversary cake. Well our anniversary has come and edibles incredibles will not return a phone call or an email to help us place our anniversary cake order which we were explicitly told over and over again not to freeze our cake because of this service. So here’s the issues: 1. Our cake was the wrong color, i specifically asked for a pink cake I didn’t want anything white at the ceremony other then myself, and instead a three tiered white cake showed up with a pink kitchen cake instead 2. We should’ve had both ube and strawberry as tiers in the wedding cake because we wanted a majority of the guests to receive the ube and only a few strawberry for the picky eaters, instead the 3 tiered cake was all strawberry and the smaller kitchen cake was the only ube 3. We were looking forward to having the anniversary cake be a remedy for the issues experienced on the wedding day but apparently that is no longer an option either as other reviews have noted that there is new management who is not honoring the contractually obligated anniversary cake? But also won’t respond to emails or calls to alert anyone of this process? I probably would’ve purchased an anniversary cake or something— or just anything but instead we’re being stonewalled which is a huge disappointment Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We had a three-tier velvet cake for our wedding. While it looked nice, it was very dry and disappointing. I only had a few bites. We were also promised a 1 year anniversary cake as part of our agreement. When my wife reached out, she was told the business was under new management and they wouldn’t honor prior agreements, which felt dishonest. When I called, I was told that it wouldn’t be an issue and was asked to email a photo of our cake and our flavor choice. I did, and received no response. I followed up again and was ignored. Between the poor quality of the cake and the lack of integrity and communication, I would not recommend this place. Grocery store cake tastes better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
