As one of the many players in the gourmet burger game....what's up with so many burger joints in Bordeaux? Do the French think that Americans only eat burgers and fries all day every day? I guess, maybe I need to disprove that cliche and stop eating at all these burger joints in town. Good burger, good fries....I ordered the Edmond pure burger. Burger was cooked perfectly, patty was slightly smaller than the bun, however it has been one of the better burgers I've tried in town, but definitely not the best gourmet burger I have eaten in France during this trip....that belongs to Chez Patoche in Lesparre-Medoc.
