As the clock strikes 11:30 am, we eagerly become their first customers of the day, greeted warmly as we enter the cosy establishment. With limited bar table space available, we settle in for what promises to be a memorable culinary experience. Seated at the bar table, we are treated to the omakase-style dining experience, where the chef showcases the daily specials with masterful precision. The meal commences with a delicious miso soup accompanied by pickles and rice, setting the stage for the tempura feast to come. Before us, a selection of tempura dipping sauce and an assortment of salts await, hinting at the variety of flavours to be explored. As the chef expertly fries each piece of tempura, we watch in anticipation as the golden-brown delicacies are served directly onto our plates.
