Shabu Shabu is the main choice on tables throughout Edowan, and it's for a good reason: it's delicious. However, more to the point, this place has a fabulous atmosphere from a raucous local crowd, very few tourists and great staff. Where else in the world would you get a replacement beer for one that you had inadvertently knocked over? Such manners and attentiveness.
