Listen, I’m an American. So when the server asked if I wanted a half or a full breakfast sandwich, my DNA legally obligated me to say "full." The pressure started early. The second we sat down, our waitress slapped the menus on the table and just... stood there. She did not leave. She waited right there until we ordered, staring into our souls. Under that kind of intense interrogation, you go big. What arrived looked less like a normal sandwich and more like a massive Mexican torta on steroids. It was way bigger than I expected, but I took it as a personal challenge.I am proud to report that I conquered the entire thing. It was absolutely delicious, packed with flavor, and worth every single bite. I washed the whole masterpiece down with a straight black coffee, because adding milk would have just taken up valuable real estate in my stomach. Edu's Coffee & Breakfast is legendary.
