Prepare to be disappointed. Eggroll Chen isn't great nor is it awful, just solidly mediocre. We've visited twice now to be sure our first negative experience wasn't a fluke. Both times the food was completely bland on it's own and relied nearly entirely on the syrupy sauce for flavor. You'll get a large portion with your order, but it'll be mostly white rice. I have no complaints about the service, staff, or owners. Just the food. Asian restaurants are a dime a dozen in Columbia, so take your pick of any other option if you're looking for a decent dinner. I have a hunch that the reason this particular location is as popular as it is might be solely due to the fact that it has a drive-through.
