Having seen Seattle First Covenant Church, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. Perfectly cooked egg sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches and bacon are the tastiest dishes. According to some reviews, French toasts are good at Eggslut - Seattle. After a long working week, you can try great coffee or delicious juice.
The cheerful staff welcomes visitors all year round. Spectacular service is something that guests note in their comments. Prices are found adequate here. There is pretty atmosphere at this place. 4.3 is what this spot got from the Google rating system.

Space is very limited as well as parking. Food is worth the hassle though. Our first time trying this place and we ordered an original Bacon egg and cheese sandwich; plenty of bacon, perfect cook of medium egg. Ordered their wagyu meat sandwich with arugula, some chimichurri paste and an egg; PERFECTION. French toast sticks were way too sweet but still crunchy and good. The sweet cream cold brew is a must order!!! We ordered two more to go after eating! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

These sandwiches are so good! The soft scrambled eggs are well made. They have a delicious homemade chicken sausage rather than a typical pork sausage. The Vanilla creme cold brew was also very good. The highlight for me was the truffle hashbrowns! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Just as perfect as I remember. Ah Eggslut, I have missed you! First time i've had this treat since leaving LA! Was super stoked to hear of the new Melrose location, I ordered the egg salad sandwich with avocado and bacon, and it absolutely hit the spot. One thing to note: Unless its recently changed, this spot is walk-up only, with no delivery options right now. I'll admit, part of me wishes I could order Eggslut from the couch, but I get it...when a new location opens and the demand is this high, keeping things simple makes sense. All in all, the food is exactly what I remembered and loved, and the Seattle vibe makes it even better. Happy to have Eggslut in town! 5 stars Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
