Terrible first experience at Egur Egur. We visited the restaurant during the lock down on 20.12.2020 with the idea to order a good carry out meal and take it to our apartment. When we entered the restaurant there was a big group of around 20 people eating and smoking at the back side of the place obviously violating the lock down rules. A guy who was drinking wine and was apparently drunk came to meet us and after we said we want to order carry out food, he asked us to go outside and order from there. We ordered and waited 15 minutes. Upon the collection of the food we went home to find out the food was cold out of the fridge. We went back and asked them to warm it and did not even receive an apology. Bad experience overall. Hilda, you need better management of your business.
