The buffet is no longer value for money. Food was too spicy and they ran out of food. Had a horrible experience for mother's day. Would not recommend. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 5,000+

Disappointed, absolutely waste of money, poor buffet experience: cold food At this price per person, I expected hot, fresh food. Instead, we were served lukewarm food. Crispy items were soggy. I normally don't like to give bad reviews but to be frank it was a very disappointing experience for us. 1. No proper welcoming when we came in. Not from the hostess so forget about the waiters. 2. Service very poor. Bringing our drinks, which btw my husband had to return his, I hand, as if we are home and not in a restaurant. 3. We were not even given the time to finish our starter that main dish was brought hastily and we had to move the plates in front of us to make place for our main course plate. 4. Finally, not even a bye, a thank you or even a smile...I guess robots would have been more welcoming than these people. Don't know if their coldness or the food giving me heartburns right now but this is my 1st and last visit at eighty eight, a restaurant I heard a lot about in the past. Hope you take into consideration this review constructively and improve your servic food and beverages. Thank you. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
