Very disappointed with our recent visit. We are frequent customers and our order was wrong from the start. The coffee had no cream, no flavor, and tasted nothing like what we ordered. When we politely brought it back, the manager was rude and made comments about us, saying maybe we should have shaken it. We had already shaken it multiple times. The manager then claimed they don’t put cream in the coffee anymore, which was never made clear when ordering. She remade the drink with so much cream that it was practically white and barely contained any coffee. To make matters worse, our food order was also wrong. We ordered a chorizo bagel sandwich and it came with no chorizo at all. How does a chorizo sandwich leave the store without the chorizo? By the time everything was sorted out, our bagels were cold. Awful experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow, the lady at checkout did not know what she was doing and was really rude to me when I tried correcting her on what their menu said. Took 10 minutes to order a bagel sandwich because she did not know how to enter it in, she was swearing, her coworkers seemed to be frustrated at her as well. Would not go to this location again. She made the drinks wrong and gave us the wrong size. We didn’t even try correcting her since she was already with us for 10 minutes and was yelling and holding up a line of customers. Very frustrating. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
