Excellent food and service and atmosphere. Chef is very flexible with the choices of main dishes and complements. A must visit if you're dinning in Rincón. Price per person: $30–40

5 stars isn’t enough. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The executive Chef, Chef Roberto personally came to greet us at the table, which made the night feel even more special and welcoming. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The Rouladen de Roberto was incredible — perfectly cooked pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach, provolone cheese, and piquillo peppers, wrapped in bacon with a delicious Ron Barrilito demi-glace reduction. I cannot get over that sauce!!! Truly unforgettable. The Tuna Tartar was super fresh and flavorful, with the perfect balance of texture and spice, and the malanga chips were amazing. The Pork Belly Cerdo Flow Oriental was another favorite crispy, flavorful, and perfectly glazed with their oriental sauce. On top of the food, the espresso martinis were excellent and they have a fantastic wine selection that really elevated the entire dinner experience. Amazing service, incredible flavors, and such a warm atmosphere. Definitely coming back to Atiko on out next trip to our second home RINCON PR!
