El Cable is a wonderful authentic tapas bar. We spent a little time waiting, enjoying a drink in the meantime. (Beer, wine, vermouth, all there). It was worth the wait. The patatas bravas were great, chipirones, ox tail croquettes and champignons with butifarra wonderful taste and quality. Swift and friendly waiters. Thank you, we will be back. Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Good customer service should be first and foremost in any establishment and here the service is awful. Sitges is too special for us to waste time with rude staff and poor quality food. Stark contrast to other places in Sitges where the staff are warm and welcoming. Here they are arrogant and rude. No one needs that attitude whilst out having fun. Avoid or be disappointed. Been to Sitges many times over the last 20 years and this place used to be good. Sad it's lost its way.
