Many Friends and Family have ordered from “El Carretero 66”. One 100% Negative to this Restaurant is the FACT that You Call, They pick up and leave the Phone Off The Hook. Sad is the FACT that you hear them so Clear taking Orders but they NEVER come back to this PHONE. Worse is that they PICK UP but NEVER say Hold - Please. They Just Leave The Phone Off The HOOK. If you hang up and re-dial, the Phone Is BUSY because they have it Off The HOOK. 100% UnProfessional and this is CONSTANTLY.
