I'm in shock at how poor the food was. I had the birria taco plate with beans and rice. The rice was mushy, every grain had "exploded" due to overcooking, and the flavor was definitely that of "garden hose" as another reviewer mentioned. The beans were bland and watery. The tacos are served unassembled and with no container of rich broth to dip into. The meat has none of that flavorful richness I expect from birria.
