The prices are on the menu and we can understand that we do not like something but we are unable to understand how it is not discussed in the establishment and the option is given to remedy the situation. The chocolate custard is from the supplier as has already been mentioned to the clients and the cheesecake that the other person has eaten is homemade. Anyway... we are sorry that you did not eat as you expected and if you did not notice the cheese you could add more and if you really found it oily you could repeat it. This treatment by customers is very unfair, but if as you describe here, you have eaten so badly, we regret the inconvenience, we will try to improve so that future customers do not perceive the same and we can continue improving. As we always say, we would appreciate clients telling us things so we can remedy the situations, but if we are told that everything is fine and then we are criticized, it is impossible...More
