Every time I walk into El Epicureo, I want to buy everything! Every pastry or cake I've tried has been absolutely amazing — you can tell there's real craft and care behind each one. I especially love that the selection changes with the seasons. Recently, the cherry clafoutis, the fruit jellies (pâtes de fruits), and the níspero tart were all outstanding. We also ordered a birthday cake that was delicious and perfectly balanced — not overly sweet or heavy like so many others. Truly a gem!
