We visited El Fogón Gaucho last night (10/18/23) We placed our order by Whatsapp an hour before: Meat empanadas, eye of steak, portion of roast and mixed salad of your choice. (You can find the letter on the website or Hugo, the owner, sends it to you via WhatsApp) We visited the place thanks to the opinions on Google. Since we were staying 200 meters away, we decided to eat there. We really recommend living the experience, since the quality of the food and the warmth of the service are worth every penny. Everything was exquisite! They will be served by the mime Hugo, who has an incredible career as a griller. You will be able to see in the place, photos of their awards and most recognized clients such as Chaqueño Palavecino, who, grateful for the quality of service, gave his poncho to Hugo, which is displayed in the place. As a gift part of the experience, Hugo taught us how he makes his grilled pizzas, allowing us to taste an exquisite arugula, cheese and cherries pizzes. (I highly recommend it) All the details make the experience very rewarding. Hugo's stories, the family atmosphere, the personalized attention and the quality of the food and its cooking on the spot, everything is excellent. Thanks Hugo! We will be back!
