Went as a group of 8 adults for a quick lunch and had the most satisfying Mexican food . Staff was friendly there were 2 restaurants owned by same person so we could all sit together Tried many dishes but star was chile rellano . Chimichanga was the next best Fried fish taco was too much fried so didn’t felt like a fish at all . Burritos and veg bowls were good . Toddlers had toys to play Food portions are really huge so order carefully Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm a vegan who visits Tahoe from San Francisco, and Frescana Mexican Bistro has better vegan Mexican food than anywhere in SF! The employees are friendly, the food is delicious, and there are plenty of healthy vegan options. Highlights include: the two sauces (both of which pack a ton of flavor), the enchiladas, the tacos, and the burrito. This place rocks!
