Very good service and atmosphere and good starters and ice creams. I am left wondering if the paella had a flavor enhancer and how much. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Regarding the enhanced flavor in our rice, we use our fish stock with salmorreta in the sea dishes, and in the rabbit, herbs and especially saffron.
