Located at the intersection of Federico Proano and Remigo Tamariz Crespo, El Gaucho in Cuenca offers a unique dining experience with its focus on Argentine and South American cuisines. Known for its specialty in meat and seafood, the restaurant serves dishes in a "family" style format, inviting guests to choose from shared plates placed at the center of the table. This setup fosters a communal atmosphere where diners can enjoy a variety of flavors.
While some patrons appreciate the opportunity to interact with the chef and watch the open kitchen in action, feedback on service has been mixed. One visitor noted a negative experience with the customer service when requesting desserts, particularly when the owner was not present. It's worth noting that the most recent review available is over a year old, and details regarding the current operating hours are not provided. Prospective diners may want to consider reaching out directly to obtain more up-to-date information.

La comida estuvo bien, pero la atención de la chica muy mala. Pedimos al finalizar postres y no nos ayudó. Definitivamente cuando no está el dueño abusan. Por poco nos mandan sacando.
