My husband and I went to this restaurant for lunch. We where seated and the waitress brought us chips and salsa and took our drink order. The waitress came with our drinks and then took our food order, my husband order chicken and beef fajita hot plate and I order chicken salad. When the food came after 30 minutes, I was in shock to see my husband order. He got a hot plate with 3-2 inches long of chicken and 3-2 inch long beef fajita on a bed of only onions and it wasn't even sizzling. it wasn't even steaming. His rice, beans, and corn tortillas they where all COLD!!!!My chicken salad was cold and after two bites I had a bad after taste. The chicken was cold, like they just took it out the freezer. I asked for the ticket, and that took 10 minutes. I told the waitress about everything. She said that she was sorry and still charged us for the food order that we didn't even eat. Left the restaurant HUNGRY!!!!Husband had to go back to work so I called El Gringo to talk to the manager, got the answer machine. Left my phone number so they could call me back. I won't hold my breath.
