Cozy little Mexican place tucked in an odd corner of Enis Joslin and SPID. This place is extremely clean, the atmosphere is friendly and pretty typical. I ordered chicken fajita street tacos and their margarita flight. The food was good and the flight was awesome. It came with 4 different kinds, regular, strawberry, mango, and pineapple. So good. My order came to $28 for both, which is a steal. Will definitely go back and try different menu items. Parking: During busy times, parking close may be more difficult. El Jalisco Grill consistently delivers as one of the best Tex-Mex spots in Corpus Christi. Whether it’s grabbing a comforting tortilla soup through the drive-thru or enjoying a plate of fajitas with a cold draft beer while dining in, the experience is always top-notch. On my last visit, I tried the birria tacos, and they were solid—packed with flavor and lots of oaxaca cheese. Highly recommend! Friendly and quick service. Drive through available. You're given chips and salsa. Their horchata is delicious. I had the Sonoran chicken - delicious. The sauce that comes on it is very nice.
