We ordered roast beef with onions and al Pastor quesadillas. Both dishes were incredible. The best quesadillas we have ever eaten in our lives. A completely recommendable site. Came here while visiting Spring Mountain Motor Resort for a driving school and so glad that I did. Didn’t even bother looking at the menu, just asked the waitress for a recommendation. She asked one question and nailed it, “Do you like spicy food?”. Of course I do and she didn’t hesitate to suggest number 21, Pollo ala Diabla. Seasoned chicken breast, cut into strips, served in a spicy red sauce that seemed to also contain cheese with rice, beans and your choice of tortilla, corn or flour. Muy deliciouso and would definitely recommend El Jefe Restaurant if you are in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
