We were in Kyoto 2 weeks ago and discovered El Lagar by accident. It was a great find. Love the owner and his wife....great food, friendly service. It was so good we went back the next night as well. Very close to The Crowne Plaza Hotel. The Tapas we superb, as were the grilled mushrooms. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
