Having seen Plaza Foch, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. All the visitors like gorgeous Vegetarian cuisine at El Maple. Here people can delve deep into delicious dishes, and degust perfectly cooked veggie burgers, mushroom soup and tofu. This place provides good chocolate cakes, ice cream and cheesecakes. Choose delicious beer, you won't regret it. This spot offers great fruit juice, cappuccino or fresh juices among its drinks.

The food was delicious! Vegan and vegetarian options. Nice spot, and the service was good. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–15 Vegetarian options: Each meal had an option for vegetarian or vegan. All meals are either vegan or vegetarian. Parking space: Not sure Parking: Uber as there wasn't much parking available.

Whenever I go somewhere new I like to try out the vegetarian restaurants. In London they ha e Meredith's, Ethiopia nearly all the restaurants offer tips. In Ecuador, a meat centric location, has el maple in quito. I tried their take on a traditional meal. It was nice. I think the menu has undergone changes over the years as previous reviews mention pizza. Those no longer are offered. Location was nearby the hotel. Lively neighborhood in the evenings. On a Friday I felt sage to wander around after dark but it was spent before 10pm. Glad this restaurant is here when 95% serm to cater to traditional meat based meals. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
