I was a little confused by the name of the place, it seemed like a mix of Spanish and Italian that didn't make much sense. Until then, OK. The environment is pleasant, although the flies take away the peace. There are many options on the menu for those who don't eat seafood. There is so much meat that it seemed to me that the restaurant had another specialty. Positive points: I liked the shrimp in pineapple. Very tasty. We realize that the food is good when the cutting of the vegetables is good, whether in the seasoning of the shrimp with pineapple or in the cutting of the vegetables in the cover charge. Everything is very delicate, precise cuts. Speaking of cover charges, it is unacceptable for a cover charge to take more than 40 minutes to arrive at the table. The cover charge opens the meal and should even be the first item on the menu. Negative points: the service is very slow. We are happy to know that you liked our shrimp in pineapple and the delicacy of the vegetable cuts. It is always a pleasure to know that we were able to provide a pleasant gastronomic experience. We would like to respond to some points you mentioned to clarify our proposal and what we are doing to improve: 1. About the name El Mare: The concept of our name is a tribute to Mediterranean cultures. ‘El’, in Italian, and ‘Mare’, in Spanish, symbolize the fusion of two traditions rich in flavors and stories. Our intention is to unite these cultures and bring the best of Mediterranean cuisine to Anápolis, where the sea, people and experiences connect in a welcoming and vibrant environment. 2. Flies issue: We understand that flies can be a nuisance, and it is a constant challenge for us, especially at certain times of the year. We are always looking for solutions to minimize this inconvenience and make the environment more comfortable for our customers. 3. Variety of meat: Although we specialize in seafood, we have adapted our menu to include some red meat options, respecting local preferences and Goiás culture. We know that many customers have a habit of consuming meat, and our intention is to provide a complete experience for all palates, without losing our essence. 4. Waiting time for the cover charge: We are deeply sorry for the delay with the cover charge. We agree that it should be served quickly to open the meal in a pleasant way. We are working to improve our service time and ensure your next visit is even more satisfactory. Thank you for highlighting the positive points and those that we can improve. Your feedback is essential for us to continue evolving and providing an increasingly better experience. We hope to see you again soon for a new experience at El Mare!More
