About the name El Mare: The concept of our name is a tribute to Mediterranean cultures. ‘El’, in Italian, and ‘Mare’, in Spanish, symbolize the fusion of two traditions rich in flavors and stories. Our intention is to unite these cultures and bring the best of Mediterranean cuisine to Anápolis, where the sea, people and experiences connect in a welcoming and vibrant environment. 2. Flies issue: We understand that flies can be a nuisance, and it is a constant challenge for us, especially at certain times of the year. We are always looking for solutions to minimize this inconvenience and make the environment more comfortable for our customers. 3. Variety of meat: Although we specialize in seafood, we have adapted our menu to include some red meat options, respecting local preferences and Goiás culture. We know that many customers have a habit of consuming meat, and our intention is to provide a complete experience for all palates, without losing our essence. 4. Waiting time for the cover charge: We are deeply sorry for the delay with the cover charge. We agree that it should be served quickly to open the meal in a pleasant way.
