We ate excellent tropical fruit and local dishes. Tia Rosa's Caribbean chicken was one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth! Excellent food with true CentroAmericano flair, but Rosa will make you French fries and chicken strips if you're not adventurous. The staff is super-friendly. They made fruit smoothies for us from the guanabana we bought at a local market.
A great, family-run, affordable alternative to the huge, overpriced resorts. A motel that is just a 3 minute walk from the ocean and directly across from the boat launch for all your excursions. We loved it!
