Solid Oaxacan food using traditional ingredients and techniques. Chef De la Vega is involved with efforts to revive heirloom agriculture in Mexico and introduce them to Americans.

Good, elevated Mexican...with flairs of creativity. Not as interesting as Suerte, not as traditional as Fonda...and not as good as either, unfortunately
