Excellent Peruvian restaurant. The Trilogy of Ceviche was fantastic as well as the beef Carpaccio. The restaurant is in a historic beautiful home very close the the "Plaza de los Novios". The overall experience was fantastic so I strongly suggest you visit it during your next visit to Santa Marta. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

El Nascal Restaurant draws attention for its interior decoration and design. It has several interesting internal environments to explore that go hand in hand with the current beautification that the historic center of the city of Santa Marta presents. However, although the service was very friendly in welcoming us, there are shortcomings in the taking of the order by the waiter in charge, the number of menus available to customers, the wait to receive the ordered parts of the menu, and the cost/benefit ratio that in this case the starter was better compared to the main course. However, it is worth noting that the waitress from whom we asked for the bill requested that we give her feedback. Which, in our opinion, gives an additional star in service that shows a willingness to improve. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90,000–100,000 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
