I’ve been a loyal customer of El Paso Mexican Grill for years, and I can confidently say the food is always delicious, and the service is usually very good. Occasionally, we’ve experienced slower service or less attentiveness from staff, but it’s never been enough to keep us from coming back. However, I am leaving a one-star review today due to a concerning issue with the restroom facilities. During my last two visits, the restroom was out of soap, making it impossible for both staff and patrons to wash their hands properly. Given the importance of hygiene in a restaurant setting, this is something that needs immediate attention. I would highly recommend implementing an opening or closing checklist for the restrooms, including a check on soap dispensers. It’s hard to imagine a full dispenser would run out in one day, so a quick check should help avoid this issue. Thank you for the great food, and I hope to see this small but crucial improvement soon.
