All the guests love wonderful Mexican cuisine at this restaurant. Trying tasty taco salads, stewed steaks and guacamole is a nice experience here. You will be offered good ice cream. Delicious margaritas, beer or tequila are worth a try here. El Paso Mexican Grill offers great tea or good coffee among its drinks.

If I could give them a Negative Rating I would. My Daughter and I went there today (10-19-2021) at around 6 p.m. and was sitted promptly. When our Waiter showed up he immediately gave my Daughter a hard time. Mind you that we were very polite. He took our order (didn't write it down) and came back minutes later and asked her again what she ordered because he forgot. She told him again and reminded him of her Avocado Allergy. He smirked at her (he's not wearing a mask) and walked away. He came back again and asked how's everything... at this point all we had was soda, sweet tea, chips, and salsa. We said fine. He again smirked at her. By this time she was done. She went to go speak with a Manager and tell him what has been happening. Nothing came of it so, I asked to cancel the order and pay for our drinks. It came to $6.43 so I gave him $10 and asked for my change.
I do not recommend this Restaurant to Anyone!!

Do not go to this place hungry, or expecting to eat a meal! El Paso Mexican Grill in Pensacola Florida on Mobile Highway started out being a great dining experience. Over time, the quality of the food and the service slept a little bit, but it was still an okay play to place to go to have a decent Mexican meal. But my last trip to this restaurant was ridiculous!! This place put me (party of 5) on their waiting list at 7:17 pm and we were told there would be a half an hour wait. About 40 minutes later we were told there were 2 groups ahead of us. Then, after waiting for an hour, I was told they closed at 8:30, they were short staffed, and they would not seat us! Needless to say, I was a bit upset. I will never eat at that restaurant again. And I am pretty sure that my guest in from out of town will never want to go there again when they visit! It says a lot about a place that will have you on a waiting list for an hour, only to tell you they would not seat you!!
