Terrible!! Awful!!! To begin with, the customer service is super bad, it seems like you were asking them for free!! And finally, don't mention the super horrible food!! Everything was cold, I ordered an enchiladas to eat there and the food was on disposable plates like they just put it in the microwave and everything was charred on a plate!! My husband ordered a stewed meat and the tortillas were ugly!! Of the places I've been to eat, I've never had an experience this bad!! I will never return!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would. Horrible customer service. Young lady taking my order has an attitude like a bat out of hell. Completely unprofessional. My food was raw and when I called back to advise them about it she hung up. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I love El Pato, been going to thier locations since I was a child - The thing I don't understand is why El Pato locations are such cheese Nazis. I always and I mean always pay extra for extra cheese - but then there's been plenty of times , like today where I get home and I look at my plate - and I'm just super disappointed...especially when I paid extra - I've been jipped by them so many times- in all honestly 80% of the time - The only reason I don't stop going is cause they really are my favorite tasting Chalupas..
