So good we had to come back the next day. The chicken is one of the best chicken I have had in a while. The Pollo fries was something we wanted to try and it ended up being our favorite thing. Who knew beans would work so well on fries? We also loved the garlic parm and ranchero wings. Everything was amazing, including the local beers from the taproom. El Pollo in Delta is an absolute gem. The owners are some of the kindest people you’ll meet, and the staff always makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The beer selection is seriously impressive—don’t skip the grapefruit IPA, it’s a standout. The food? Next level. The wings are perfectly saucy and crispy (a rare combo done right), and the spicy pollo fries are downright addictive. And that cilantro green sauce whatever magic is in there, I need the recipe. The spicy chicken tacos are packed with flavor and never disappoint. We’ve been here multiple times and it’s always a solid, satisfying meal.
