A few minutes ago we went with my boyfriend to that restaurant for two toasts, nachos and flan from the beginning that served us the person who did not have an identification plate but was at the window was an elderly person (there were two women) I only asked if the double low toast was spicy since I do not eat so spicy and then he chose another option, I asked him two toasts a double chicken and the double, an order of Nachos and two flans, just to ask if it was spicy change of person to serve us, at the window they gave us a great drink when we did not order one, I returned the drink because they do not accept things that are not ours, I called her twice to ask her for sauce and Serrano ignored us the first time, he charged us and almost threw the change with the food that she told us with great contempt "GOOD NIGHT" and closed the window in our face Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had a large catering order for a graduation. Everything was set and ready when we arrived, so the pickup was super easy. The manager, Alex, went through the order with us item by item, making sure we were happy with everything. He was very generous, helpful, and accommodating. What a great experience! I hadn't been to El Pollo Loco in awhile so I decided to give this particular location a shot. I was not disappointed. I tried the chipotle guacamole chicken burrito and it was quite tasty.
