They were too busy talking to take our order we were waiting for a while and was trying to get there attention before they finally decided to acknowledge us and take our order and of course we also had to let them know that the soda machines were empty and had to wait for that as well. The salad was good but the chicken was dry. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Giving this place 5 stars for food because the burrito have recently been made to my liking. The only reason is because the guy name Marcus always makes them perfect. When I go other days when he’s not there my burrito lacks so now I make sure he’s on the clock to order. The reason I give it 4 stars for service and atmosphere is do to them not training others how to properly make a burrito. Also my burrito is always hot when Marcus makes it and kinda cold when the girl makes it. I hope pollo loco management see this so they’re aware of lack on consistency. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

El Pollo shows they honor discounts to military and first responders but apparently this El Pollo Loco worker (new) was told specifically that they DO NOT provide discounts to Military/First Responders. Since they opened I would come here regularly after my workouts at EOS and the would give a discount. Discounts were never big which is fine but the show of support to Military/First Responders I would come and support my local El Pollo Loco. No more. Guess I will be doing Canes and others around that support military thereby getting my local support. So for anyone looking for Military/First Responder discount. This isn't the place.
