We came here with my family to dinner but everything was dirty the floors, tables, and the beverage area. In the entire time we were there no one ever came to clean anything. Bad experience

The person that took my order thru the drive thru was nice and courteous. Not sure if it was the person that greeted me at the window but that person was nice also. When I was handed my order 'in the plastic bag' I looked inside and one of the green salsas opened up and spilled all over my order. The person at the window apologized and took the plastic bag back. She came back to window to let me know they will redo my order. A few minutes later a man came to the window and handed me the plastic bag with my order and said Thank you. I checked my plastic bag noticed no spoon for beans but I just wanted to get hime. Got home about 5 min from location, opened the plastic bag removed the container and noticed liquid on my hand..what now I said..the small side of beans had leaked all over the order in the plastic bag. May I suggest, put sides in their own plastic bags And put the salsas inside their own plastic bag too! The chips were not cooked thoroughly (chewy) is how one of the chips tasted. I hope you take my suggestions seriously, I will return to this location on Main St when you get back to 4 stars. Good luck! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Just left the gym a minute before closing and pulled up to El Pollo Loco knowing it was basically that “last customer of the night” moment. I’ve worked long shifts before — I understand how it feels when you’re counting down the seconds to lock the doors. But this bowl mattered to me. When you train hard, that post-workout meal isn’t just food — it’s recovery, it’s growth, it’s discipline. Instead of being rushed or treated like an inconvenience, the team was kind, patient, and professional. They didn’t cut corners. The bowl was fresh, well-portioned, and made with care. That kind of effort at closing time says a lot about a crew. Respect to the whole team tonight. You helped someone stay on track with their goals, even at the very end of your shift.
